I havent talked to this boy in a couple months and he calls me out of the blue sayin he misses me and is glad?

he is talking to me again (We had a previous connection) we have talked for the last few days about our lives what circumstances need to be meet before living together he didnt txt or call yesterday at all and today till late and said his phone is not working....asked if he had someone else claims no there is only me. What should i do? am i just parinoid because of previous relationship?
