Well i think that he must really care about you, because if other guys knew you had hiv, they may just leave since some are only about the sex. It seems like he cares about you but just needs some excitement in his life, thus the porn sites and allowing other men to satisfy him. I think you should question him to an extent, but dont get hung up about everything that he does. In time, you will know if he is the right one for you. If he continuosly makes you happy and feel like no other man then you have your answer, but is he is abusive and cheating on you then move on because he's simply not worth it.
