9 weeks. Had a little brown discharge/blood! Help!?

I had a gush of brown discharge/blood come out after I had got done cleaning the garage yesterday. It just came out in that gush the i prob spotted the same brown discharge/blood for about an hour. So far today there has been none. I have had no pain or cramps either. When I went to my 6 week sonogram the doctor said I have a blood clot in my uterus. Im 9 weeks today. Is this a miscarriage?? Should I be worried??? Any advice on whaf I should/shouldnt do until I see a doctor Monday?
