Kayak allows you to be flexible with your travel dates and it will give you prices if you travel on different days. Summer travel is expensive and you are flying right in the middle of summer. Therefore ticket prices will not be cheap. Also Rapid City Regional Airport does not have a lot of flights and airlines to choose from. I suggest you also consider looking at surrounding airports and if they are bigger, see what the price is to fly out of there.
